New MMA College Class at LYSAK'S MMA

Lysak's Academy of MMA is now offering a very special MMA program called "MMA COLLEGE" on Mondays from 3pm - 6pm.

The training features Wrestling taught by Olympic Bronze Medalist Rodney Smith and JLFS / Muay Thai Kickboxing and Best Way Brazilian Jiu JItsu / Lysak's Submission Wrestling by Walt Lysak Jr.

Usually a minimum of 6 months of experience in either Wrestling, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu or MMA is required.
